About SectorGrid

SectorGrid shows how Indian sector indices have performed, month by month and year by year, for the last 10 years. The aim is simple: to let anyone see at a glance which sectors led or lagged in each period, without opening 21 different charts.

What you can do here

Open One sector to see every month of every year as a green and red table, with the best and worst months. Open Compare sectors to see all sectors side by side for each year.

Where the numbers come from

Index closing values are taken from NSE Indices Limited (niftyindices.com). Monthly and yearly returns are calculated from month-end and year-end closing values. The returns shown are price returns and do not include dividends. Tables are updated once a month.
